- Selection for the Eperimentation " Plan BIM 2022 " for the future usage of digital mockup in addition to a demande of urban permit
The project fully exploits the qualities of the site. Operating an urban suture, it brings together and intensifi es the spaces that are now stretched to strengthen urban and landscape amenities.
The “Gommier” multifunctional space will be a place of meeting, of socializa-tion around socio-cultural activities whose unifying element will be the traditio-nal Martinican boat of the same name taken from the tree Bursera simaruba, the main building material of the boat. This space open to the town of Sainte-Luce and the Caribbean Sea is a major facility at the entrance to the city.
The project received the BIM d’Argent award – “CIM, LIM, RIM project” category, as part of the eighth BIM d’Or Prize in september 2021.
